Microsoft India (R&D) Pvt. Ltd (2022 - Present)
As the design leader at Business & Industry Copilot (BIC, earlier BAP) Design Studios in India, I guide the vision and design of Power Pages. Since joining the team at its inception, my primary goal has been to drive business growth, nurture design talent to thrive and empower creators, administrators, and organizations worldwide to easily build secure, enterprise-level business websites.
Power Pages transforms every business website and its tools into a competitive advantage by leveraging low-code concepts, generative AI, and the Microsoft cloud's scalability. This allows all companies, regardless of size, to benefit from technology previously accessible only to the largest enterprises.
To achieve this, I work closely with leaders from business, product, and engineering domains, shaping the product roadmap with design visions that align with our customer promises. I also cultivate a team of researchers, product designers, and content specialists to guide the design strategy for product designs, new releases, and all aspects of design execution across feature releases.
Boston Consulting Group (2020 - 2022)
At BCG Global Design Studios, I operated at the crossroads of thought leadership, team building, and management. During my tenure, I spearheaded and led the new Digital Practice discipline for APAC. By working closely with clients, stakeholders, and my team, I created an environment where "Good Design" could flourish, integrating best practices and streamlining design processes for maximum impact.
Collaborating with various stakeholders and Fortune 500 clients worldwide, I led a team of talented Managers, Strategists, Designers, and Developers to develop strategies and design solutions that opened new possibilities and drove business growth. Our efforts resulted in innovative, human-centric design solutions spanning web, mobile, data-rich dashboards, and emerging technologies like AR, MR, and VR.
The solutions my team delivered were crafted to address complex challenges and future-proof our client's businesses, ensuring lasting customer satisfaction in a rapidly evolving business landscape across multiple sectors.
Cogwheel Studios (2010-2019)
As the Founder and Design Practitioner at Cogwheel Studios, I collaborated closely with C-Suite executives and business owners across various industries, helping them reimagine customer experiences and succeed on the edge of change and innovation.
My passion to establish harmony between human values and business growth, combined with strategic and design thinking, led me to excel in operations, design, and management. I successfully led a diverse, multidisciplinary team of creative professionals, technology experts, and vendors to create and deliver human-centric solutions that provided lasting value to consulting businesses.
Our studio's innovative approach was recognized in the CII India Design Year Book 2014 for our system thinking, methodology, and processes, which consistently achieved success for clients, partners, and end-users.
